Perhaps I am being over-sensitive. I reread the thread again, and somehow get the feeling that there will be less angst and anger if it was mainline crew that were in the J seats. Even the title of the thread implies the issue. We are often made to feel like second-class citizens in our interactions with mainline air and ground crew, but it's quite another thing to be made to feel the same way by customers.

Sorry but from this FF its any AC employee in "J" that pisses me off at AC.
However some of us have a choice [maybe only in YVR or YYZ] and we can send RD letter reminding his we can fly other carriers! {Oh and since the AC pilots ruined the 345 flights they can sit at the back also }
