Why would it have to be like for like? that BA's lowest fare it was offering was GBP2100 , it doesn't mean that consolidators cannot be selling at their agreeed prices
BA's lowest fare where booked < 14 days before departure is in E class ( GBP1699 + tax/charges )
All the T class fares need 21-60 days advance purchase
T class is available on those flights and it would see that the consolidator does not have such an onorous advance purchase requirement on its fares
