I'll elaborate a bit:
I wasn't planning on refunding it within the 3 month period, more something like make the purchase 2 months in, wait until I get welcome points and refund the purchase 6 months in. If that's considered as possibly clawback-able I might just cancel my car insurance for 40 bucks and re-purchase it for a year in advance right away, that's the easiest way for me probably.
