+1

FYI, for Hyatt Zilara Cancun, "base" rooms (i.e. available on points) are called "Junior Suite King" and "Junior Suite Double". What also is nice - points price includes two adults. So if going by yourself, cash rate may be better; two people - points may be a better use. Although DSU only gives one category upgrade which is disappointing

Something else to keep in mind is that Hyatt all-inclusive rates displayed on their site already include taxes, fees, etc. So you may want to compare totals for each hotel. For example:
-- Andaz Mayakoba at $315/night for 6 nights = $2,532.60 total
-- Hyatt Ziva Cancun at $374.40/night for 6 nights = $2,246.40 total

So, even though Ziva has a more expensive daily rate in that example, it's still cheaper overall (not to mention that staying at Andaz would mean even more expenses for dining).
