This is in stark contrast to the Hyatt all inclusive properties. You can't easily find availability and have to actually speak to a Hyatt representative to search for available dates. I doubt you'll actually be able to string 7 nights together just on points. You may have to pay for a few nights out of pocket which could end up being very expensive.
I generally disagree with this. As long as you know what the base rooms for a given hotel are, it's rather easy to see if there's availability. If the base room is available, it's bookable on points.
