I think we have in EU signs in spa area 'it is not allowed enter the sauna in swimming trunks, swimsuits etc.'. And don't go to scandinavian countries where nudity is more more popular than in Germany. On beach W Barcelona you can see in November, 60 years old people making on the beach Yoga fuly naked.
