Yes
CSA (customer services assistant) job is to maintain the shower clean after every use, but not after use of the toilet only.
If they have spare time, they also maintain the J loos aft.
Shower on board is quite an experience.
It is extremely convenient if you have to go to meetings after a red-eye flight.
Furthermore, even if you don't shower, it is convenient to change clothes in a clean and roomy environment. IMO, that's the main plus compared to B77 FCL.
