Interesting question. One would assume so.

IIRC there have been several reports of CE pax being refused BoB menu items on a no-charge basis (requested, I believe, due to some sort of issue with CE catering). But ....don't know if anyone in CE has actually offered to pay for BoB stuff - Percy Pig or otherwise.
