Hi,
I am not familiar with booking on FB for KLM or Air France Award seats. i am planning on booking a flight for 3 on December 31st, i can see the seats available but before i move the miles from Amex and citi i want to make sure i can book the flights since there is a message at the bottom saying that

" You can book award tickets between 10 months and 3 hours prior to departure for short and medium-haul flights, and between 10 months and 24 hours prior to departure for long-haul flights.",

Am i limited to only 10 months in advance even though the flights are available on the website, or am i safe to assume i can move the miles and book the trip which is over 11 months away?
