I've always found London (Heathrow) to be the best departure point on Air NZ - in fact, for at least the last few years its been the only european departure point. I've seen NZ flight numbers out of Frankfurt, Manchester and Dublin - but not actual Air NZ aircraft...
Why have you ruled out London?
