So I have yet to be able to bypass the counter on any given rental. The last couple of times I have just added credit cards to my profile and perhaps that may be why?
I'm concerned because I'm traveling to SJU where they notoriously have long lines at the counter. Would making a reservation an HLE using the credit card I will use next week for a weekend car rental get it to verify my ID and new payment method making me eligible for the gold counter bypass for my Friday rental at SJU? Any other recommendations?
