So I figured out this much:

Original rez: 5 nights for 160k (Cat 8)
TP: 7 nights for 360k (didn't really need another 2 nights, but will use it)
MR difference: 200k (value at .68 = $1360)
--or--SP difference: 67k (value at 2.2 = $1466)
WN difference: 120k (value at 1.6 = $1920)
CP: ~$2400 (value over 2 years)

So yeah, looks like I should do it. I come out ahead ~$500, even without the CP. Now must see if KE will change my flights.
