From the menus I saw, it looked to me as though it was only the ultra long haul flights that were serving the Comtes de Blanc - mainly USA if I recall correctly. Not sure if this is still the case.
I remember trying it once on the A380 when it was being served in F class and the bar was serving F champagne to all premium pax. Preferred it to Krug!
