Alright, thank you. JAL elites? Like shareholders?

I recently talked to Finnair helpdesk on the check in procedures. Finnair allows for 36 hour check in and JAL apparently 72 hour before departure.

Since the Finnair flight is before my JAL flight, they say I probably cannot check in on the JAL site using the different PNR, but have to wait until 36 hours before departure.

Sounds a bit unfair, I suppose that would leave me with only seats in the middle once I get to check in. Or do you think they are wrong?

They did not sound entierly sure.. Would calling JAL about seats help or will it solve itself when closing in departure?
