I'm now getting full usability after being logged out by FT, with iOS, AT&T, Safari and Chrome.

I was blocked using an iPad and Safari, had only slow and very partial functionality using Chrome (same issue as reported by lo2e). Using AT&T with this device.

Are you outside of the US? All traffic is being filtered currently to mitigate and ongoing issue and it is possible you're being flagged as malicious traffic.
