Well that would suck. I've always managed to get them merged at check-in so I don't have to check out/check in each day & I also get a single folio.
I've never experienced what the OP did, though, with the various single nights being merged into a single reservation. It can probably get sorted, but as
OxonFlyer mentions, he's going to have to spend some time on it.
