I cannot remember when this flight has actually begun in the past, but it may well not start until the end of January when the peak season starts. Starting it in late December and then running low loads the first few weeks of January is not usually the way Delta does things. Since Delta does run schedules changes of some degree almost each weekend, it could be added to the schedule almost any week. Sorry I don't have better memory retention.
