Meanwhile I had my first experience of CX GF equivalent lounge over in T3 yesterday...... no wonder I have given up on BA completely and only use them when I absolutely have to.

I also find it interesting that those who find BA acceptable are those who travel heavily with them. I have liberated myself and used QR/AA/CX to replace BA over the last 3 years and now Emirates and Ethihad this year. It is a big world out there with vastly superior (and indeed inferior) choices to BA. I am voting with my feet for now, and can only hope BA changes direction and gets somewhere near the head of the bunch like it was 15 years ago.
