I recently flew into the US from London on BA, during which I needed to take an additional domestic flight. I specifically chose an AA flight on the assumption I would get tier points, but when attempting to claim them I get the following message from the Exec club (see attached screenie).
So are only certain AA flights given tier points? or did BA get this wrong? Thanks!
the flight you booked is a aa codeshare flight operated by alaska airlines therefore it is not eligible for avios or tier points see
