Once you have seen someone in a hospital bed suffering from malaria it gives you a reason try for good prevention. This includes mosquito spray, deet wrist/ankle bands, being careful and antimalarials.
agreed. We went with prevention by way of deet. If there was a product on the market that you could take that would completely prevent malaria I would have been far more keen. Alas, there was not and that coupled with the cost made it a less than ideal proposition.
So if anyone else wanting to "educate" me about antimalarials can save their post.
You seems pretty angry about my post. I honestly thought you may have been interested in hearing from someone who was once in the same position as you are the reasons I had for not to taking them.
