OK, so Missy is free to correct me, but it sounds like the system is set-up to open up PC seats to all AS elites (regardless of level) at T-24 and NOT at the individual upgrade windows....obviously, I would prefer the upgrade window timeline, but at least it's nice to know how the system works. You're definitely better off doing OLCI right at T-24 since it's opening up to all elites at the same time. This is basically how it worked for E+ seats when I was a UA Silver so I'm at least use to it
