Hello, I am having some trouble choosing what itinerary in September to go with.

DCA-BOS-LHR-VCE. The connection in BOS is only 1 hr 20 min OR

DCA-JFK-LGW-VCE. The JFK connection is 2.5 hours but I know how much those DC-NY shuttle flights get delayed so often. However, the JFK option arrives 3 hours earlier than the BOS flight.

Which would you choose and why?
