Do MoneyGram BPs also have a 5 payments per rolling 30 days restriction? Finally got my SPG to work using AmEx Next Day (14554), at a cost of $4.99 - not ideal but acceptable given my current need for Starpoints. If there is a five payment limit, will likely add a few AUs to account. Thanks!
