It used to be that you couldn't get standard rewards, now you can't get EasyPass Rewards. Now some FlyerTalkers are reporting a :-: SuperEasyPass Reward :-: for the usual NonePass™ miles plus a fee thousands of dollars higher then a full Bend-Forward fare. And what-do-you-know, they ain't available either.
