I faced the same issue. Filed a complaint in early December and was told IT will look into it. As of this week, problem still persists and it seems unlikely that IT will make much headway to resolve this anytime soon.


As suggested, best to just email directly [email protected] and give your booking details and meal choices as per the codes in the pdf menu. The folks manning this service/ email are responsive and will revert usually within the day or 24hrs with confirmation of meal selection as stated in the travel itinerary.
