First time I haven't gotten PreCheck since 2015...

I have KTN applied on reservation (and MP profile)... but no dice: Outbound flight didn't get PreCheck on boarding pass. Called UA and they said they had no idea why, since the KTN was listed there.

Return flight now 5 days later, also no PreCheck. :/
