I guess it is possible. Rewards Network (Idine) will process what ever is processed through their system. AAdvantage will process what ever is sent to them by either the hotel property/owner or Rewards Network (Idine). If they receive both, they will post both. But the hotel property/owner is the one who determines what miles, or points, can be earned by their customer. AAdvantage will not make exceptions to process transactions not coming from one of those sources. Lets hope you can get credit from both.
