A point I'd echo on behalf of the Mod team. The OP has asked for advice on pre-ordering a meal, not the time taken to serve the coffee selection. It is disingenuous to branch so far from the request, effectively hijacking the thread. Let's show some respect for the OP, please, and keep contributions on topic and relevant.
