Many years ago, I got a HP glass while flying UA. I asked the FA if I could keep it. I'm glad I did, and I have it stashed away with a bunch of other ephemera from airlines that don't exist anymore.
Having worked for Marriott In-flight, many lifetimes ago, I can tell you first hand how easy it was to mix up glasses, flatwear, etc. between airlines. Especially when heavies came in at the same time.
