I stayed there in Nov 16 and had a totally different experience. I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite. The hotel wasn't full. Service at the restaurant and pool was great. Food was also excellent. Yes, a little old and maybe time for a refresh, but I think it was still ok. I spoke the the Asst Executive Manager - nice and friendly chap.
