Writing this from my economy seat before take off IST -LHR and one question haunts me: Why didn't I fly TK instead?? Reasons: 1- free (excellent) food. 2- private screen entertainment. 3-excellent lounge (I'm star gold) 4- Cheaper! 5- newer plane.
I'm a one-world emerald, and I've been treated better with other BOB products, such as AA ORD-MIA. They recognized my status and handed me a nice snack pack & coffee. Never again BA unless they flip back, which I believe they will eventually.
