it's discussable whether this is a new level at all or just an additional service offering to TOPT - the service is very close to the former personal/travel assistance service

and from my understanding a F/C ticket will give you more miles than a discounted Y - it's basically the level miles that you are earning now already (on AF/KL) summed up over the years.
