If they model it on current M&M HON then it's only flights on AFKL metal booked under AFKL flight number. If they model it on early days HON then it includes flights on the trans-Atlantic JV. If they model it on BAEC GGL then it would be all partners, but that doesn't seem to be the case anyway.

However, if it's just level miles on their metal, this would include flights in Eco class. The blog above mentions that 200 customers have reached that threshold, which I find surprisingly few. M&M HON, which is achieved after reaching a very similar threshold of level miles but only in First and Business Class has 5,000 (!) members. With only 200 they can really do some fancy things. I suspect PA escort at CDG 2E and some outstations is part of it, as well as reserved space in the lounges. They had tested that in the past (I was "lucky" enough to be part of the test sample several times).
