I've been checking and signed in to the site under my gold account-
found what I wanted 2 easey- pass bF awards to gRU in nov.- tried to book it- all went well until the last step, asking me to call continental.
the agent says it really isnt available and she cant see what continental .com says. refuses to budge. So i've been wasting my time playing a game all this time instead of looking for available seats. i'm furious. I dont know how all of you take this abuse.
is there anyone at CO to appeal to ?
