Hi kcl0203. Welcome to the Flyertalk.

The rules (somewhere) state that the minimum spent needs to be around EUR10. You spent quite a bit more than that and you should be entitled to your points.

Some hotels try to be funny and pull out such tricks.

I suggest you claim your missing points through your profile on the accorhotels.com website.
