We did not have any issues with any construction noise (as another posted noted, there appears to be long-term renovations at the Grande Arche, which is nearby).

Also totally agree with the other poster about the desk chair. It was extremely shoddy/cheap construction (and was really broken already). Hopefully they will replace them quickly. However, the other aspects of the room were superior so that was just a minor issue.
