Salad: same as Serendib, but in sorry looking plates in the fridge- and no Asian chicken.

Booze: JD, JW Black & Red, Chivas 12, Skyy vodka, Camus VS, Bacardi, Bombay sapphire, Cinzanzo Bianca/Rossi, Cointreau
Muddy boots Shiraz, Le grand siege chardonnay and merlot, Orange river cellars Chenin Blanc
I note that while you identified everything, you didn't give any opinions. From my own personal experience at these lounges, my opinion that it's all much better on the menu (screen) than it is once it gets to my mouth. MUCH better.
