Were these originally broken fares? That could make a difference.
It was TUS-SLC-SEA-YYC ticketed as a TUS-YYC fare, and I wanted to SDC to TUS-MSP-YYC but was told cannot go from double connect to single connect by 2 different agents. Seems like others have had no issue with this, so maybe was just a bit of an unlucky call centre day.
