Hilton account security

This afternoon I contacted diamond desk regarding issue with a stay at Hilton property. after they opened a ticket for me I was asked if I wanted to listen to a Hilton vacation club promo. I accepted and actually agreed to a decent deal for 4 nights 3 days in Florida. Gave the sale rep my Hilton honors Amex over phone for the 199.00 charge
4 hrs later after getting out of work meetings and tending to my children IPhone alerted me to 13 missed calls from Hilton Grand Vacation Florida line 4077223533
Even better is the email from Amex notifying me of card not present authorized charges on my PRg card from Hilton Grand Vacations Company. NOT the Hilton Amex I gave them over the phone for the charge but the card I keep inn my diamond Hilton profile for work travels.
Diamond desk claims they don't have access or give Hilton Grand vacations access to my billing info in file. Direct me to ask Hilton Grand vacations.45 minutes of hold time and still no one can explain any of this.
How would they get access to my company card in my profile. How can I get routed from diamond desk, to counselor Grand vacation desk to now a 25 minute elevator music wait to speak to a manager!
Of course I've already spoken to American Express to dispute all charges to both cards but I'm very uneasy with this lack of security and frankly pissed with the 13 missed calls in a couple hrs time and now can't get anyone to answer.
