Not sure what's on the website right now but I've never had any trouble using my ticketed baggage allowance (Flex = +10kg, Top = +20kg) & then having my LatramPass Black 20kg added on top.
The only issue that I have seen is that the emailed ticket which most people print out only shows a 23kg baggage allowance(regardless of whether you book Basic, Flex or Top), so I have had checkin agents add 23kg + my LatamPass Black 20kg & advise my limit is therefore 43kg, however they've always quickly adjusted that limit to 63kg when I point out that I booked a 'Top' fare, which shows on their system but not on the printout.
Tam will depend on the agent hehehe on a MCO GRU SCL they put 5 bags all the way from MCO to SCL all to the name of my wife, then on GRU we loaded 2 more bags (short stopover for shopping with the carry ons that we end it up checking on GRU) and they where also checked to my wife...... i asked if i was able to check a 3rd bag and also they put it to my wife name hehehehe..... so on SCL 8 bags arrive with the name of my wife. It was just me and her and we end it up with 8 bags to her name and 145+ kilos (we where able to take 135kg and 6 checked bags)
