I can see two lines of thought here. One is clearly that this is a first world problems.

That said, if I'm staying in a $50 hostel with a shared bathroom and there are dirty towels I accept it because that's in line what what I'd expect.

If in the other hand I've spent several thousand dollars to fly J or maybe I've not flown J but I've spent enough $ on AC metal to gain access to a domestic lounge even if via a pass ... I expect a little more.

But then this is an AC pickle barrel, so perhaps I should lower my expectations.
