Is he LAX-SBP segment on mainline UA, or their connection carrier?

I've noticed that the dispatch rate of Delta connection flights is lower than mainline Delta, to the point of avoiding Delta connection flights as much as possible. I wonder if the same applies to AA and UA and their respective connection carriers.

Also, what were the delay reasons? i.e., was it under UA's control (maintenance) or something out of their hands (weather, ATC)?
