And as for tipping with CC at reastaurants - bad idea in general, as the waiter/waitress will only get a small part of it, if at all.

Don't tip in nordic countries. You will waste your money. The waiter/waitress don't get much of your tip anyway.
And we who live in nordics, we do really not want foreigners to bring the tipping culture here, since it will increase the expectations of more spend
