1 hour 10 minutes is really cutting it close. Even if the inbound flight is right on time, you still have get through two lines (passport check and security screening) before you can go to your next flight.

How important is it that you make your next flight? If important, then you should choose another option. It not critical, then maybe go for it and hope for the best.
