I know a number of BA CC (current and former) are regular contributors here, but I would love to get a perspective on boarding from any gate staff handling BA depatures.

E.g. Do you get strong instructions from your management on Priority Boarding ? Do they back you up when you get DYKWIA complaints ? How are you performance measured ? What do you really think of the process and the passengers ?
