I have 4 AS accounts for my family and all of them have VX accounts. But, no emails, no 10k deposit, nothing for all 4 accounts. Everything matches on 2 accounts and on 2 others only the email addresses don't match.

All 4 VX accounts have history of VX flights posted, but not recently. Missy's communications stated that if you have both accounts before Dec '16 they would quality. Is that not the case anymore?

She also said everybody would get the link email the week following the 9th, but here we are at the 22nd and I haven't received any communications. When I try the linking link I get the same that others have posted with the name of the VX account blank and error when I enter the VX# and click link.
