I think it is pretty poor business to not have the decency to notify someone that their car was damaged while in their valet care. Also, after repeated phone calls I never received the courtesy of a return phone call from John himself--in fact, NO ONE returned any calls the only time I talked to anyone directly was when I called them. They have no regard for customers or customer service; if this had been handled appropriately I could understand their position about me driving off but it was not handled at all.
