Thanks everybody for the answers. ^ Most helpful indeed.
I now can reduce my original list of questions down to these three:

1. I'm not too sure about what to expect on HKG-NRT in C in terms of inflight amenities, meal, seat comfort etc...

2. What is the ground service like at NRT ? and what's the F lounge at NRT like?

3. How strict is NH and NRT when it comes to carry-on luggage? Is it okay to carry two pieces.
