one thing that scares me are stupid tourist standing in the road ( not the sidewalk 2 foot away) and City buses screaming down the inside lane almost crushing them !

what is the big hurry to cross the road and get in front of 15-20 people ?

Thai drivers of big trucks and buses do not care and if they kill you "might" get a 500 baht fine ,

Stay safe , look both ways and know crosswalks do not count or make you safe !
