So, recently I was reviewing my points postings for a number of IHG stays and saw that MP was posting an incorrect number of points (sometimes, they double the dollars and gave 2 or 2.5 pts/ when there should have been 15x with their recent offer,) or they were missing entirely. In response to my email, I get a standard form reply about "Complinace" that MP can't verify that I booked thru their portal, even though many of the stays were posted and awarded (incorrect) points. Now, without explanation, I have a negative account balance. No reply as to why or which transactions were involved in this fiasco.
I've used them a long time for "double-dipping" on IHG stays, and anticipated using them in the future for Marriott, once SPG is folded into them.
If they can't properly respond and communicate-even though their communication was at time spotty in the past-No More. There are other choices.
